SPD and low FODMAPS, go

Low FODMAPS was recommended by my doctor yesterday. I'd like to keep following SPD as well. Suggestions?

I see in another thread on the board, oatmeal was recommended as a snack. I will do that.

What else?

Hi - it looks like there is a lot of information online with lists of foods that would meet your doctor's suggestion.  I am not personally familiar with counseling people in following these guidelines.  I recommend checking out some of those online lists from sites that look reputable and seeing how you do with the different foods.  You should find plenty of options that meet the guidelines of the Serotonin Power Diet which is great.
