I think I've written this elsewhere, but for those times of the month, you can modify your eating in the following way:
Eat all of your protein at breakfast with fruit and carb. From then on, have only minimal protein the rest of the day.
Have up to three snacks and feel free to choose sweet ones if you have cravings for sweets.
Then have dinner for lunch and dinner, choosing wholesome, preferably whole grain carbs for those meals to keep you full.
This way, you may be consuming more calories than other days of the program, but you're avoiding binges by really loading your brain with serotonin.
Oh, and buy yourself flowers every day - why not treat yourself and your home in that way?
